Don’t Force it, Find it

First I’ll start by saying a little on fitness, then move to diet, because both apply today. When we were babies, smashing the triangle through the circle shape just didn’t happen did it? Well I got news, its the same in the fitness and weight loss worlds. Forcing something upon yourself usually has a negative impact on the overall outcome of whatever it was you were trying so desperately to achieve. When I was a baby and I couldn’t solve that shape puzzle I threw it at “mama” and face dived back into my spaghetti-O’s. See, negative outcome. Instead be coy, crafty, and most importantly give it time in solving your exercise and weight losing puzzles.

The quote of the day is “USE YOUR HEAD”! Be smart about this stuff, and be careful when it comes to exercising. You could really hurt yourself if you don’t learn proper form and technique prior to trying something new. If you going to use a new machine, read everything over on it first, then look it over, or even watch how someone else uses it first, then jump in once you’ve gathered enough knowledge. And for those of you who don’t have gym memberships, and don’t plan on getting one either, the same rules still apply. Remember, there are literally hundreds of exercises to stay in shape without a gym membership.

Repetition Form Repetition

You ever see someone at the gym or a public place performing certain exercises or stretches that just look plain funny? I mean to the point where you just got to laugh? Well I know I have. And I don’t want any of my subscribers or readers to be out there looking goofier than bugs bunny on the moon. So, the advice today is to try and focus on a “core” package of exercises that are changeling and realistic for yourself. Hone in on just a handful of them and become a specialist at them. Sometimes it does take time to learn what type of set you’d prefer to tolerate more than the next.

Why try this? Well, do you want to be the one that’s awkwardly positioning themselves in public where you don’t really know what you’re doing to begin with? I didn’t think so. Like I’ve mentioned in previous posts its good to experiment from time to time with this and that and blah blah blah. However, finding your key group of exercises to perfect and master takes time, patience, and even some skill. And at the same time this strategy is automatically reinforcing stronger discipline subconsciously. If you don’t know where to start or need a helping hand, look for something that can guide you through a decent beginner game plan moving you up in difficultly throughout your progression. The Lean Hybrid Muscle Reloaded program is a good example of a guide that can help center your focus. So check out a program like the Lean Hybrid Muscle Reloaded guide for more on this subject. It’ll give you a good idea on where to start, or how to find the next step.

The 3 Rings

Now I know I’ve talked about this before. But like a broken possessed furby doll, I just can’t help it. Connecting them is key. The same way connecting diet and exercise is key. Making connections with things in life has shown to be a very progressive maneuver, in general terms. Like finding out that potato chips and ice cream taste good when eaten at the same time. What? Sorry bad example, forgot this was a health site for a second. Here’s a better one so I can rebound on my own stupidity. Pretzels and yogurt (try dipping).

When I mean connections, I mean mostly with ideals generated in mind, not stupid food combinations (don’t pay attention to the wildly irrelevant first paragraph). Happiness plays a big role in your 3 rings too. Without it’s regular presence, accomplishing anything seems hopeless doesn’t it? If you really want to lose those pounds and get back into better shape, you have to start with your head first. What kind of shape is your mind in? After all, the mind is what shapes your personality, your personality shapes your character strength, your character strength shapes your progressive nature, and your progressive nature shapes how well you will transition into growing into your new skin. You could become an entirely new person if you wanted too. Or step outside your own shoes, and carefully examine yourself. Is that how you want to come off, look, act, smell, etc etc etc… Instead of thinking about it too much and listening to a head spinning super psychoanalyst like me, start putting your plan into action today. Take it one day at a time, and just let the chips fall where they may.

Eat Your Veggies

Veggie Veggie Veggies! It’s funny how when we grow up we tend to hate them, but as we age and our tastes mature, and we warm up to them. See I was always served stemmed, unseasoned, mushy, soggy veggies as a side growing up. So naturally, I hate them. But in recent years I’ve discovered an entirely new outlook on green eats. Oddly enough, I like raw veggie snacks served with dips over any other way. Preferably, if I had Emeril living in my kitchen I’d probably grow accustomed to the finer side of things, but I digress.

Vegetables can taste or even be altered to taste good if you really do your homework on this. Now don’t go dousing them in vats of butter. Instead, add fresh natural ingredients into the mix to help liven up the mood of your dish. Because nobody likes stemmed vegetables. Nobody. Don’t even pretend or you’ll rustle my feathers to the point where I start squawking at you. I stumbled upon a new system that I thought was pretty cool after doing some digging on this facet of diet. Diet to Go is a highly versatile meal planning system for who they like to say is for “time starved” people. Several meal plans are also included like low-fat, low-carbohydrate, vegetarian, and plans for diabetic’s.

Some of us might just be completely turned off by the idea of vegetable incorporation into our basic dieting patterns so I’m not going to sit and say “no no it’s actually good” or “don’t knock it before you try it”. I’ll say from personal experience in experimentation with my own diet, it’s tolerable. Not great? No, tolerable. Well now, tolerable doesn’t sound worth the extra penny or effort now does it? Well, I’d be lying if I said anything better than tolerable in the grand scheme of things. At the end of the day, I think we all can make peace with a “tolerable” tasting diet.

Natures Candy

Ah yes, the real candy in life. When I say real I mean from mother nature herself. If your trying to eat right, fruit should become your new best friend! It’s the candy from the planet Earth, and it tastes good, and it’s good for you. Is anybody home? Nature’s candy can serve as good after meal foods and filling snacks as well. Just make a fruit salad. Today, there are so many variations of the fruit salad, the list is infinite. Good lord in heaven I love those now that I think about it.

So go get fruity. I mean rooty tooty fresh n’ fruity. If you need ideas on how to integrate fruit and other safe foods into your diet, check out a healthy cooking guide like this one. But take your fruit consumption seriously, and regularly of course.

It’s funny how this phrase identifies fruit and no other natural food group coming directly from the earth itself. We all know and love what regular candy is, but fruit should be shown an equal amount. We make candy but we don’t necessarily make fruit. Perhaps the comparison is this; fruit is on the level sweetness and deliciousness in nature as candy is to humans in their separate material world. So if it holds that type of value, shouldn’t we be paying closer attention to it? Moreover, shouldn’t you be paying closer attention to it? If you think you aren’t but should, read on.

Fruits contain a lot more than you’d initially think. They are a strong source for getting lots of vitamins, minerals, phyto-nutrients (plant based micro-nutrients), anti-oxidants, and simple sugars. Fruits can also provide another huge helper for your diet with soluble dietary fiber. Fiber is mainly good for you because helps cleanse your system from fats and cholesterol. Anti-oxidants are another huge valuable asset to ones diet as they help protect the body from certain diseases, oxidant stress, and even cancers. In the long run this helps the body develop and boost ones immune system which will help prevent and protect you from common illnesses. In a bigger picture the benefits that nature’s candy can provide can help with lots of little parts of the bodies system and overtime keep your health in tact.

They can even help with let’s say for example prolonging certain aspects of aging by aiding the rejuvenating cells in your skin that  control how and when the skin starts to wrinkle. The more regularly you get this kind of nutrition, the better off you are in terms of protecting your body from things like memory loss, hair loss, skin deterioration, degeneration of the retina, Alzheimer’s, colon cancers, weak bones (osteoporosis), and so forth.

Now, enough facts for just one second. Let’s break it all down in simple terms. One, fruit consumption can protect you from certain illnesses because it can increase your immune system and help protect you from certain airborne pathogens. Two, fruit is good for you in the long run keeping things clean and efficient while helping maintain bones, tissues, organs, and regular bodily functions internally. Three, fruit tastes good! I mean there’s no other way to say it than that. I eat fruit every day because I know its good for me and I know I’m going to enjoy the act of eating the thing.

But nature’s candy differs from packaged candy. There’s an elephant in the room here on this one guys, and if you haven’t pieced this one together yet I’ll spell it out for you. Nature’s candy is good for you and packaged candy is not. No I’m sure we’re all on the same page here right? Now I know what your thinking, well a milky way tastes better than an apple. Just remember when your eating that gooey caramel chocolate covered masterpiece that looks like something that comes out of your back end, what is more beneficially good for in terms of your health? Is it the turd bar *cough *cough excuse me, I meant candy bar, or the golden delicious ready to explode with sweet sweet flavor juices all over your orifice. That was a bit graphic, I apologize. But you do see the point do you not? One is just as sweet as the other while the other one works against your health versus with it as the first one does. Wow that last sentence is 100 percent incoherent and you should just disregard it entirely.

Moving on. I just real quick want to mention those anti-oxidants again that I mentioned earlier. Those are some good naturally occurring additions to the fruit “good things for you list”. They make all sorts of green tea’s nowadays and I’ve grown pretty fond of them. And the reason why I think I have is because their packed with these anti-oxidants and you can literally taste the minerals going down (mmmm). The anti-oxidants that occur in fruit are ones like poly-phenolic flavonoids, anthocyanins, and Vitamin C. I’m sure your familiar with that last one. These are all very good things for you here and you could run the risk growing sick or aging more abruptly or harshly with the absence of them.

Think about it like this, your body pays way closer attention to its maintenance and repairs than you. Normally we don’t like to concern are selves with our bodies regular functions because we just expect it them work. And that’s not the right way to think about it at all. We should think more along the lines of, the better we take care of our bodies, the better our bodies will feel, look, and most importantly respond to the tasks that we go about in our day to day lives. Point being, the more conscious we are about our bodies health, the more likely we will have healthy looking, feeling, and rarely problematic bodies.

I just want to go now and smash a watermelon into a wall and bury my face into it after covering all this. I feel compelled to see what would happen if I went into the amazon and lived amongst the monkey’s and shared their diet for a week after finishing this post. If I ever learn to juggle it will be with fruit because balls are just boring, and fruit never is. Maybe one day I’ll start a fruit farm. Maybe you will. Maybe I’m insane. Or maybe, just maybe, not only eating fruit, but merely just talking about it puts me in a damn skippy kind of mood.

One last thing. You might be wondering about the actual effects and flaws in fruit. We should always want to know if what we’re putting into our body is substantial or not. Fruit is sugary yes, but natural simple sugars differ than chemically enhanced ones by a person wearing a lab coat with a pocket protector. Other than that, low calorie, low fat, low sodium, low everything here gang. And at the same time high and rich in a lot of good guys like fiber, anti-oxidants, vitamins, etc etc. Now if you’ll excuse me I’m going to go suck the juices out of a plum pretending to be a vampire. This was fun and I’m sure will arrive on this topic again soon. After all, who doesn’t like fruit? Or should I say natures candy…

Simba in My Stomach

What’s that growling noise? I don’t have a cat. Dog deprived too (my entire childhood how sad). Hell, I don’t even have a gerbil. Oh wait that’s my stomach. At this point you’re probably thinking you should go get something to eat. Not necessarily my friends. I’ve come up with a couple maneuvers myself on beating the disgruntled baby lion that lives in our, um, abdominal region somewhere apparently.

Ice ice baby! Go out and get one of those ice grinder things, and chew on some ice for a while. If you want to be a real nerd you could even go get some sugar syrup coloring stuff and make snow cones. But just add a little. Come on now folks we’re all trying to lose weight here aren’t we? Another, just stick to eating the right kinds of balanced meals and you really won’t have this problem. Go get a weight loss geared cookbook, and you’ll be stinking up something fierce in no time. You could chug water although only providing a temporary fix. Maybe just grab a piece of fruit huh. Another, um, you could punch yourself in the boob to counteract and draw the attention away from the stomach growl. Haha no no that’s just silly.

When your on a legit diet though you will have regular cravings of hunger. All in all just do what your instinct tells you to do. Here let me get with the psychology real quick since I’m supposedly smart in that department. Sometimes it’s more of an oral fixation than anything. You’ve become accustomed to putting stuff in your mouth all your life (oh dirty thoughts please go away). When a smoker quits, they tend to keep the oral stimulation part even after they’ve stopped. Whether it’s holding a fake smoke, a cigar, a joint (haha I kid), a toothpick, whatever. With food, a good alternative is gum. The practice of chewing and having constant flavor stimulation can sometimes do the trick. If your like me and find gum to be repulsive, try to think of something similar in essence. I’m sure you’ll be able to come up with something.

Body Shock

Yikes that was a rush. Feels like I just got struck by thunder. A bit of throbbing pain accompanied by naturally injecting waves of adrenaline causing an increased heart rate. An odd pair of reactions or feelings coupled together wouldn’t you say? This is when you did something in a sort of pattern that your body did not approve of. Scary in a sense. Having an asthma attack or an uncontrollable equilibrium malfunction. The adrenaline is a defense mechanism pretty much providing the body with it’s last line of defense so you don’t pass out in certain scenarios.

Dehydration is the most common body shock relevant to exercise that the common population knows of today. There are others, but I just don’t feel getting into all of them right now. Besides, most of us will probably never see any of them anyway so what’s the point right? Anyway, when we get all parched that’s one thing. When the bodies fluid levels are drastically and suddenly depleted, this can lead to more serious problems if not tended too.

We need fuel to run. Not just by restoring fluids either. We have to make sure we have enough substantial nourishment for our bodies in order to operate at optimum efficiency. If your the type that likes drastic highs and lows throughout your fitness and dieting cycle, then I would suggest you check out something like the Eat Stop Eat training E-book. It’s perfect if your the kind of person that knows how to keep a steady rhythm throughout your daily health patterns even if they might seem a bit drastic and crazy to your friends.

Don’t be afraid to operate at a persistent and almost frantic pace. It’s good to push yourself. But don’t forget about the consequences if you slip up in this department, and the ramifications that follow. Harsh is the word that comes to mind I think. Feeling tired and having your muscles and lungs burning is one thing (a good thing really). If you suddenly feel dizzy or unusual, that’s the stuff you need to worry about. If you suddenly become faint and lose balance and fall over, you could break a bone, or even get a concussion from your head hitting the ground so hard. Take a break, sit down and catch your breath. Then get some water and then you can get back on your grind. Whoever came up with the “better to be safe than sorry” expression sure wasn’t kidding.

An Undeniable Love

Oh yes, many of us just can’t deny. Don’t fight it, if that’s you, that’s you. Crunchy, yummy, gooey, creamy, freshly, sweet, crispy, smooth, soft, filling, aroma inducing, fluffy, buttery, tangy, fruity, melted, and wonderfully tasting food! What can we do? If we can’t fight it, why not just give in and eat whatever we want? Because even though some foods, well most foods advertized today look good, taste good, sound good, and overall satisfy good, they should be good right? Wrong. Ever here the old expression if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, looks like a duck, its an Orangutang? Haha no just kidding I meant duck. Well food might actually be the only thing in the world where this old expressions meaning does not apply.

That’s okay because I think I have a solution. We just need to find healthy foods that taste good, or more so full on healthy dishes. Here, check out this cooking guide for more on how to prepare healthy delicious meals for yourself. I think that’s the ticket guys. Finding foods and meals that you know taste good and are good. Self admitting, there aren’t a whole lot, but they do exist. As for the wonderfully bad, just try to steer clear using as much of your will power you possibly can. We know what’s bad for us, so why give in to temptation when it will only postpone our weight loss goals, and erase all the hard work we’ve been doing on the elliptical, down at the track, or in the gym? A perplexing question indeed. So ask yourself (aloud) the next time this question is presented to you in the form of food itself. Do you have the right answer?

Standout

What is a standout? I’d say the polar opposite of outcast. But even if you are an outcast or think your social environment is trying to typecast you in that way, just know that their wrong for doing that. Always except people for who they are no matter how they might appear. Especially people from a far different ethnic background than yourself, and people who are overweight. But what about you? Think for a second, how do people relate how I look to the type of person I am. You’d be shocked to find out that more people identify the two together in some fashion or another more frequently than you’d originally assumed. Even some in your family might subconsciously be doing this to you and others close to them.

Why is this? Simple psychology pertaining to what the brain sees visually identifies with what the mind will transmit into thinking. Imagery snapshots are taken and stored in the brain like a digital camera. When you picture tiger, you think scary (simple as that). Since we have uncovered this ugly truth about most people what’s the right way around it? There’s no way to change others so there’s really no way around it. However, it is better knowing this truth versus never finding out at all. How so? You’ll be able to pick up on people that do this regularly much better now simply because you know it exists.

If your having weight troubles yourself, you might already have picked up on this basic instinct. Drawing unwanted attention can be more detrimental to ones self confidence than anything else. It’s time to standout, don’t think so much about your image, just start thinking about your health and how you should begin taking better care of yourself. The image part will come into play later down the road just being one of the perks to a healthy lifestyle. Whether you want to blend in, standout, or even be on the down low, that relates more to what kind of personality you have. If your loud, dress loud, drive a loud car, it’ll fit the part, your part. Many physically inclined are shy and quiet, and don’t like a lot of attention. But when their at the beach they get it anyway. Remember image isn’t everything, just a perk to getting into good shape. Your a Fit Head

Okay, I want to just spit out the main theme or idea behind what I’m saying right away. Ladies and gentlemen, it’s all about getting your mind wrapped completely around what your doing in life. And yes, this also pertains to diet and exercise. Constant learning and then applying what you’ve learned is essential. Losing weight can be a bit more tricky, and you have to monitor very carefully how you go about a proper diet, but still don’t lose sight of your main goal ever. Keep locked on, locked in, and then lock it up. Huh?

We all can easily be our worst enemy here. Or you could find the right frequency and tune in to the best clearest station with no static that suits your taste. I think sometimes people tend to get a little obsessive compulsive with one thing and veer away from the other. Don’t get too crazy, find a nice middle ground with everything diet and fitness related and then spread it all out evenly.

Don’t ever become fixated on just one area. Remember it takes all the legs on a centipede for it to be moving at its quickest and best pace. So no busted legs guys. Identify which ones you have right now, go ahead, right them down even (I’ll wait). Now that you’ve identified your personal problem(s) at hand, go out and find that middle ground. Need a jump start? Check out this all in one weight loss & fitness guide to help, well guide you down the path of success in health and wellness.

Mind Flexing

You got to learn how to be flexible with your body. Flexibility helps with even your most typical range of motions. So don’t forget my students, always give yourself a nice stretch before, well, any physical activity whatsoever. Now that we got that out of the way, let’s talk about what we got going on upstairs. Up where? What’s cooking in the noodle, or what’s cooking your noodle. Brain. Your brain. I’m referring to your brain cranial area. Sometimes you got to clarify. So we know how to get our bodies generally flexible, but what about the rest of us, you know the important stuff?

The first mind bending stretch you should try is not to get discouraged if one targeted activity isn’t meeting up to certain standards that you were expecting. Perhaps you set those standards too high. Maybe not, maybe your not even ready to take on running or lifting that much. Alas, a solution. Don’t fret it, just forget it. Completely replace that previous exercise area with something new. Pull a quick change up. You might be pleasantly surprised, who knows. Another “mind stretch” is to keep telling yourself throughout a workout you got this, you can do this, and that you are just that damn good! I know it sounds cheesy, but self motivation combined with thinking aloud keeps you right on track, always. And, um, that’s basically it, in later posts I’ll reveal more of these most likely. Physical Fixations

This can be a tough one. Whether your trying to get rid of those sandbags under your arms, your beer belly, or whatever it might be, I think I can be of service. Sadly half the time genetics gives a person on their body places that store fat more easily than on another person. So what then? You might need to seek out some professional help in order to really trim down one area that you’ve completely lost track of. My biggest piece of advice, Diet! Diet! Diet! I know you probably think I have turrets syndrome at this point but rest assured I don’t. I might develop a slight case based around the word “diet” alone because of this freaking blog, but hey I’m a simple servant making their best contribution to society as I can. So give me a break.

When it comes to the fitness portion of things yes I would encourage working that targeted area paying more attention to it than any other area. But don’t confuse muscle development with burning fat. Combining a healthy diet with high rep, fast pace, and light resistance training, it’s almost guaranteed you’ll be seeing results very soon. Strengthening exercises are the last thing you want to be doing for that area. If you build muscle in the area your so vigorously trying to shrink, why would you want to grow anything their even if it was hard muscle.

For now, just focus on the fat side of the equation. If you grow muscle in this area, it will become very puffy looking as the developing muscle grows underneath the fatty exterior making the area larger than it was to begin with. Overtime, if it stays this way, the adipose tissue will conjoin with the muscle cells. If this happens, it is nearly impossible to revert. Although the process just described takes place over the course of a yearly basis, it still can happen if you’re not careful with what your doing. This kind of thing is for football players and sumo wrestler’s. Anyway, your looking to reshape in this order, burn off the fat first, then tighten the muscle. For more help on how to transform these targeted areas in the order just described, check out this foolproof exercise system that has been a proven milestone in the industry. Good luck guys.

Jedi Mind Tricks

Cheesy huh? And I wasn’t even a big Star Wars fan. So why the title? This is for you, and you only (our little secret). A game that you should play alone. It has proven to be effective as I’ve tried this myself. That’s right kids, mind games. Hey girls are especially good at these, so if your a woman you might find this easily used. For the guys, uh, I guess ask a woman. For example, playing hard to get when they really want us studly men. Acting sad when remaining neutral just to get their way or prove a point, or even manipulate an action in another. Crazy stuff here guys. So lets get right down to it.

Why not trick yourself into getting into better shape. You don’t want to go exercise, then eat the most disgustingly fattening food you can think of? What? No try it. See how you feel afterwards. Right down on a piece of paper how that makes you feel when you finish and stick that paper somewhere so that it can be a constant reminder. Don’t want to do that? Then just stick it on your forehead. Even worse, go stand in front of a mirror before you chow down and watch yourself do something you know is bad.

How about turning the scale you have up a few pounds and forgetting about it. Or ask someone else to do it, and don’t have them tell you when they are going to do this, and how much they are going to alter it. What about every time someone offers you something deliciously fattening? Hard to say no huh? A good constant reminder for yourself is to acknowledge what it is, and approximating out loud how many calories or saturated fat is in that food. If you do this out loud, you’ll be almost instantly turned off by whatever that devilishly good food was.

You’ll then watch your friend or whoever it is indulge in that greasy, gooey, fuggy, fried, fatty, yummy thing and find yourself with a discomforting feeling that has come over you. Even though it smells good, looks good, and probably tastes good, it still will remain uninviting to you knowing what ugly demons lurk below it’s surface. This will create in time almost a permanent cognitive defensive response mechanism to all things alluring that can be potentially unhealthy.

It’s always good to try different things not just in the physical realm, but the mental when pertaining to health and fitness. Your mind is your number one asset. Sometimes desire gets the better of us and we give in to temptation. That’s fine. Every once and a blue moon it’s harmless. Even the fit do it. A good way to counteract these natural temptations or urges is trickery unleashed upon yourself. I gave you a couple lame examples here, but I’m sure with a little thought, you can think up of many on your own that are much more advanced. If your starting to feel more board-minded, and want to keep the alternative resource light switch on, check out this weight loss guide that really steps outside the norm.

Killer Combos

Killer, extreme, intense, rock and roll! What? I’m not making any sense already and I haven’t even started the post. Um, don’t worry though, I’m only just pretending to be a screwball (no I really am one though). So what are killer combos? Well, in short, that’s when your isolating certain muscle groups on separate days. You can see that this is very common today if you belong to a gym for example, you’ll notice almost all folks partaking in resistance training tend to gravitate towards this little maneuver (including myself). Why? Because it flat out works.

Actually there’s more to the reason why it works. Allow me to elaborate. If you tire out or give a good burn on a certain muscle group on Monday, chances are on Tuesday there’s not a chance in hell your going to want to work that same group. Those muscles ache too much because you literally hurt them. That’s okay though, a little pain is what you want walking away from a workout. But remember how I talked about overdoing it in this previous post? Well, I wanted to express the severity of how doing too much can effect you. It can incapacitate certain muscle groups for several days, and that’s without pulling or ripping any tendons or tissue.

So, now you know. However, I would like to reiterate the positive side of this topic. If you do plain on working your muscles to the bitter end, and want to hit certain groups everyday, go for it. I’m not saying don’t, but this takes months upon months if not years of conditioning to attack them hard on a daily basis where your walking away satisfied with your routine. Instead, if you really are content with this approach, then have medium too mild degree workouts that are effective, yet easy enough to recover from by the next day. That’s my advice to those that want to stay on that path. On the flip side, I highly recommend muscle group isolation training and conditioning. If you already go about training this way, but want to learn more secrets to this method, I’d check out this muscle generating system.

Putting 1 and 1 Together

Hello all, I think we’ve all heard the expression “putting 2 and 2 together” right? I really don’t know what 4 things the creator was talking about, so I came up with a little something on my own derived of course from that expression. Putting 1 and 1 together. Only difference is I can tell you exactly what I’m talking about.

Diet and Exercise! Duh! What did you think I was going to say, sunshine and farts? I know many of you tend to gravitate  towards one more than the other. Interestingly enough, many experts will even sometimes catch themselves getting caught up in one more than the other (I won’t mention any names cough* cough* Dan cough*). There’s a problem with this though. A big one that many people can’t fully wrap their heads around.

The two kind of need each other in a way. The process of changing your natural form with natural strategies and techniques can be drastically accelerated through applying both elements within the fabric of your life. They both can stimulate one another to the point where the bodies stored fat cells break down into eventually nothing making your form and shape take hold of something new because it’s become accommodated to the new lifestyle change. If your eating healthy, and participating in healthy activities, you’ll become, uh, healthy. Follow?

Incorporating both into daily living is something that understandably might take some getting used too, I know. But you can do this easily overtime. It just requires some warming up too. And the whole food thing, well if you really, I mean really like food, things can obviously get more complicated. Think of that old saying “Eat to live, don’t live to eat”. Maybe go see a hypnotist, that’s one trick I’ve heard works for some people. On the other hand, that’s a bit pricey. If your looking for something, well I don’t know cheaper, I’d try out a little “1 and 1″ program or guide. Here’s a good example of a diet & exercise program that might just be the ticket.
